Urbuz feels like going back home to the province to spend the weekend at lolo and lola’s place. Though the place may need some refurbishing given its age, it is still a recommended place for families like ours with 2 kids, given the size of the rooms and the space they have in the property. Its right next to clean beach and so you are only a short walk away from other establishments around the area. There’s lots of parking for guests and their food is reasonably priced. There’s wifi too and strong enough phone reception to get stuff done for those doing working remotely. All in all, while the place can look much better with a splash of fresh paint, we will still come back here most specially since the staff are friendly, accommodating and they do a decent joj cleaning and maintaining the grounds.

We stayed in a 4-person room, 1 bunk bed, 2 single beds. No doors, just curtains and there was sand right outside. The beach was a very short walk away. The beds were comfy and the fans provided were enough to stave off the insects; we slept well. Shared restrooms and showers were very open, do not recommend if you REALLY need your privacy. There are options to stay inside the large house, that's probably better if you value privacy and a more traditional bathroom experience. Check-in and out went very smoothly, the staff are very accommodating and polite. There were large, rough rocks on the beach and the immediate shore.

If you want to experience rustic settings and beachfront location this is one of the best options. There are some AC rooms but most are fan rooms. T&B is shared at common area. There is this kubo hut that has an open common living area fronting the beach is a real deal!!! There is also a separate work area with dedicated internet for a fee. Night time though the place lacks some good lighting on their pathways. Overall, I can always comeback how reasonably priced the accomodations are here.

Our go to place in San Juan , La Union.. if you want a quiet, homey and relaxing place to stay, this place is where you’ll want to be. There is an ample parking space for their guests and it is pet-friendly.
